We proudly ship worldwide and have shipped products to over 25 countries. International shipping rates are automatically calculated and shown at checkout.
Additional shipping rates may apply depending on location and type of item. We will contact you if there are extra fees associated with your order and reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund if we are unable to ship your order at a reasonable price.
Every order is processed within 2 business days. Our inventory for online shopping is representative of live inventory of our in stock products at our shop. In case we don't have the item you ordered, we will contact you with options for fulfilment. In a continued effort to reduce our environmental footprint, we strive to minimize bulk and weight with our shipments and may combine items from your order into single and often reused/repurposed boxes.
Please note that PRE-ORDER items represent incoming inventory that has not yet arrived at our shop from our supplier. We will limit the use of pre-ordering to items that are in high demand or in limited supply.
If you choose CURBSIDE PICK-UP there is no charge.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns are issued as store credit in the form of a gift certificate. We do not process any cash, credit, or debit refunds. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are valid within 2 weeks (14 days) from purchase date.
Once a product has been in the water — it is ineligible for return.
Surfboards, SUPs and skateboards have a 3-day return window and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund (minus our initial shipping cost) will be processed, and a store credit will be issued to you in the form of an electronic gift certificate.
All sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
All items sold at Surfers Market events are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size — so long as it satisfies the criteria for return (see above) and we have the alternate size in inventory we can simply exchange the item for you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunded store credit. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to Return Your Item
1. Notify us via email at email@example.com about your return and specify whether you would like to exchange your item or having a gift certificate issued.
2. Include a copy of your receipt and a copy of your email in the box to expedite the process.
3. Package your return item in the box, and courier it to:

5. Once your package is received and inspected, your return or exchange will be processed and you will be notified via email.
